Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products or items that have been in contact with liquids
- Personal care or hygiene-related items (if opened)
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
Without proper proof, we may not be able to process your request.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method (for prepaid orders)
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Refund Policy
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Refunds will not be processed in cash
- Refunds will be issued via:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

UPI Transfer
To process your refund, you must provide:
- Full Name
- Bank Account Number / UPI ID
- IFSC Code (for bank transfers)
Important Conditions for COD Refunds
- Refund will be initiated only after the product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
